Mrs. M can be my muse any day!

I had the opportunity this week to shoot a boudoir session WHILE being on the other side of the lens at the same time. FOX 4 KC tagged along...they interviewed me about boudoir photography ('tis the season for love & romance with Valentine's Day coming up!!) and then took footage of me as the working girl.

I want to show you the images I got of my willing, brave and BEAUTIFUL friend. Makeup was done by Paige Garrison. And this is a first for me...because this was shot in MY home. I had to do a ton of moving stuff around and cleaning, but I am so excited about how they turned out!

I am soooo stoked that this lovely bride-to-be gave me permission to post these photos because let's face it... she is once again the epitome of the women I love to shoot. She's gorgeous, duh. but she also exudes this secret sexiness...confidence...and warmth. I had such a fun time with her, and scored amazing pics to boot, so me happy. Me very happy. ;)

It's been soooo long since I've updated this blog. For two reasons... first off, I haven't had any sessions where the client gave me permission to use her face. And secondly, with being pregnant and busy as all get out, I've let this blog slip through the cracks.

But it was my New Year's resolution to get at least one fresh post up before the baby comes. And I'm so glad that it's one of my all-time faves...and that Mrs. J was confident enough to let me post photos of her BEAUTIFUL face. And her long legs. And her spunky smile. She, my dear blog readers, is gorgeous!! This was a gift for her husband of a few years...and unlike most of my clients, she told him she was doing it for him. The suspense KILLED him... and I've heard he was head over heels with the images that he's now one of my biggest fans. ;)

So feast your eyes on this....and once the baby comes and I get caught up with life in general, I will post some faceless shots from the past 6 months. :)

Ms. K is the epitome of an innocent, unassuming beauty. She also looks A LOT like she could be the younger sister of LeeLee Sobieski.

She did these photos the day before her wedding... and has since reported that her new husband LOVES the images!!! (Who wouldn't???)

Mrs. C brought LOTS to the table...and to my lens. She made me giggle and crack up so many times, and then of course, she made me jealous of her bodaciousness. I am so excited she let me post so many pics that reveal her face because let's face it... this girl has it GOING ON! She had equal parts sassy and sexy... and that made for an amazing session... ENJOY...

I think something in her eyes (and mannerisms, though you can't exactly seem them, haha) reminds me of Bethenny Frankel...which immediately means I adore her. :)

And she may or may not be in the military.
